World Tour Cycling Team DSM

For almost 5 years Titia worked for cycling Team DSM (former known as Team Giant-Alpecin and Team Sunweb) as head of nutrition. Starting in many foreign kitchens to prepare optimum sports nutrition for Grand Tours such as Tour de France and Vuelta, working towards project Personalized Plates with a very innovative, own developed technology to measure every gram and calorie used! Including complete developed Kitchen trucks, highly trained sports dieticians and top sport chefs to achive maximum potential of their athletes

Premier League Football FC Twente

Starting from scratch Titia developed a nutrition structure for football team FC Twente. Next to personal guidance of the players, a color system with different types of days and training and matches is developed to meet daily requirements. Together with their chefs, a lot of menu's are developed to have to best possible nutrition.

TalentNED

TalentNED is a young team of pre-professional cyclists, mountainbikers and speed-skaters to be (age 16-21) living together in an Academy and are facing challenges to become professional athletes. Titia is helping them developing an on-boarding program to start making healthy choices, doing groceries, cooking and getting the best nutrition possible.

World Tour Cycling Arkea-Samsic

Freshly joined in the World Tour, Arkea-Samsic decided to step up their game and improve nutrition as a next step. Titia stepped on board, together with another sports dietician, to develop their nutritional strategy.

Partner Dutch Olympic Committee Nutrition

Titia is for several years a high performace partner of the Dutch Olympic Committee: Team NL Nutrition. Beeing on top of every recent development regarding to sports nutrition, many meetings have been conducted by the team. 

Author of 2 books

Titia wrote in 2017, together with 2 collegues, the dutch book 'Eet als een Atleet' from the label 'I am a foodie'. The book is also translated in German, called 'Eat as an athlete'. The book is for all types of athletes and is full of easy to read scientific information, combined with infographics, example athletes and recipes. 

In 2020, Titia wrote together with 1 collegue the dutch book 'Eet als een atleet- Hardloopeditie'. Which is based on the same concept as the first book, only more practical for runners (5K till ultrarunning)
